Awaken & Arise Photography has been in the beginning stages of life for a while now. I have a passion for capturing the meticulous artistry of our Creator. With that passion and the desire placed in my heart to make a difference in some way (as minuscule as it may be) I have started this little endeavor. The name Awaken & Arise was given to me by the Big Guy in the sky *heheh* out of Ephesians 5:14:
“Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.”
I want my photography to cause people to Awaken to the reality of this life (the love, laughter, injustice, hope, future, death, pain and shear beauty we have ceased to behold in our daily wanderings). I also want to cause them to arise from complacency and mediocrity, to come to the aid of those who are deemed “The least of these” and to behold the majestic beauty of our God.
Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder and He who beholds all has created all to be beautiful.

Please note this endeavor of is not one based for personal monetary gain, I wish to share the beauty and love of Abba with others. With that said 50% of the purchase price for every print will go to help fund missionary work and to shower “the least of these” with the love of a Father who has not forgotten them. The remaining 50% will be allotted for photography related expenses.
